yes i was.....there for a while lol. i thought it was just a couple of friends meeting up, and then i went to buy cigs and came out to see a couple more bikes, then in for a coffee only to come out to EVEN MORE bikes..... and then even more kept showing up, so by that time it was too intimidating haha. is it a scarborough meet or something?

I think you guys would like the eastbound 407 ramp off the 410 south. Except for the concrete wall, that is.

The only problem with the 90 degree right hand bend before the bridge (it's the one I think where Jamie had his crash) is that can end up in a real cluster*** if taken too early and fast. Every damn time I've been there I see cars cross waaaay over the yellow. Even when they can see you coming down the slope before that turn.

Best thing to do on those bridges is just ease up on the bars, stay constistent on the throttle, and let the bike do its thing. I still dislike them myself, but as long as you're not death-gripping, and don't make any sudden/jerky movements or gas/brake actions, the bike will just coast along.

But yes, they definitely do not feel nice on a cold and/or wet day. The one on Old Finch tends to feel worse to me for some reason.

Even worse (for me) is the one on Meadowvale/Plug Hat/Beare Rd, just North of the zoo, tough to stay relaxed on that one, worse when the opposing traffic (it's a one way bridge for those not familiar) is in a hurry and lurches forward.
 
So who yesterday got pulled over yesterday night with me on 400 North past Steeles from an accident that closed 3 right lanes? :p

I headed home on my bike last night shortly after 8:10 pm. I saw the crashed car but didn't see any bikes pulled over. I was in the collector side of things so I didn't get any holdup (riding my Blue V-Strom.)

Girl on a Green Ninja wearing one piece white leathers (Can't remember if they were Joe Rocket or Alpine Stars) riding Eastbound on the 407 around 7pm Thursday night (the 6th). Seriously, if you wanna lane split that's up to you, I don't really care....but, I think if you continue to do it at 140-150kmph passing vehicles on the drivers side, between the vehicle and the cement barrier...you're gonna end up as a grease mark sweetie. Seriously. No offense but WTF?

Lawrence and bloor ramps do not have walls :)
 
To the 3 riders yday on Hwy 35 northbound,south of Deep Bay Road,riding with the chick on the ZX6. Try as you might, you can't drop me. When the lanes opened up to 2 ,why did you 2 guys split and each take a lane? I know you could see I was right on your azz, move the eff over and let the faster rider through. Geez....

Are most of the 407 ramps really crazy? Btw, I hate how a lot of the concrete sections of the 407 are grated. I don't like the wiggly tire 'nibbling' feeling.

You: red 'Busa going northbound on the DVP yesterday at approximately 5:30pm. Nice bike. Looks comfy. I'm wondering... your bike sits really low. How do you go over speed bumps and such without ripping the lower fairing off?
