A quick explanation to the Kawi rider in business clothes, on 427 north, at 4:30 yesterday. I was waiting for you to pass in the fast lane, before pulling out. I saw you come up and you didn't pass so I waited a few seconds, shoulder checked, and found that you were in the left tire track, in my blind spot slightly to the rear, and had slowed. It's at that point I decided I'd waited long enough for you to pass, and so pulled into the fast lane. Please pass, when you're in the passing lane
