I refuse to wave to these two wheel up front trikes .

The OP feels no commradery with three wheeled vehicles, so he's expressing it. I get it, but at the same time he needs to realize that all these vehicles, scooters included get people "in the wind."

The imagined rift between supersport riders and Harley riders is tongue-in-cheek and humorous. Either or would stop in a heart-beat if the other was down or in trouble. I've never come across a Harley rider who didn't wave. They are all brothers on the road.

Here's a Canam Spyder rider coming to the aid of a Harley rider:

Riders who don't wave back to me are typically Harley riders, too badass to wave to a full face helmet wearer.

I can't get HD riders to stop waving at me, it's starting to get a little gay. Especially if there's a train of them. I would prefer to just exchange a knowing look and be done with it.

I don't mind that at all. It's the "I think I'm in soa and I'm a badass" wannabe gangsta crowd that pass trying to look all tough that I can't stand

"All the world's a stage" William Shakespeare

It's everywhere my friend.

See this is why riding in the U.K is so much better.

Your left hand is facing the ditch, not the opposite lane.

Wouldn't have to deal with a thousand different "oh man that harley dude didn't wave at me" threads.

Good point! How the bloody hell do they wave to each other there... :lmao:

I wave at all bikes. I get snubbed by sport bike riders all the time. An unreturned wave turns into the finger real easy.

I've even had guys wave at me on the 410. I don't get why people feel the need to be snobby. We're all doing the same thing at the end of the day. I do agree though. Bad ass gangster Harley guys get the bird of there's no wave or nod back

I wave because I am riding and doing something that I love. I am the parade of one and if you don't want to that is fine cause you can't rain on my parade. Very few things like a motorcycle can bring a smile to the face of so many people, young and old, just by riding by and acknowledging that they exist. Why be a d>>khed because you ride something different??
Waving is also a good way to make sure that others actually see you and are paying attention...

Those who don't return wave to me usually get a jerk off sign instead of the finger.

You guys are kidding of course. If not please refrain from posting this information on the most popular M/C forum around. We don't need government spies knowing we have weenies in our gang.

I'm not understanding your comment.

Are you referring to the people who do not wave back as "weenies"? Or are you referring to me?

If you hold a door open with a smile do you flip out when a person slips thru without acknowledging your kind gesture?

Have you read the entire thread? You choose my comment to question?

And to answer your question no I don't "flip out", not everyone is unstable enough to "Flip out" over trivial details. Im not sure I have ever "Flipped out" Over anything.

But yes, in fact I have actually been in the position you mention many times. And yes, in my mind I do think "what an @ss" Depending on my mood I have actually said "Your welcome" in a condescending tone. But no, I do not "Flip out" whatever that means.

So I assume by your avoidance to directly answering my question regarding your original comment, you were referring to me as a weenie?

It's what I do. I read every word of every thread and home in on unstable people. If I don't return your wave I deserve the finger? Sorry, I meant gay weenie.:)

Again, to answer your question, no you would not necessarily "deserve" the finger for that reason. I never said anyone deserved the finger, I said "a wave turns into the finger real easy"

What you deserve and what you get are not the same things.

For someone who "reads every word of every thread" I'm surprised your comprehension and communications skills are not better.

You do however deserve the finger for your homophobic attitude and name calling childishness.

So me being an actual person and not an Internet troll, nor "unstable" in the least, I will waste zero more effort on you.
