Yes, it works both ways, but (to me) it is a matter of "why". That's the huge difference.

Let's imagine the following example: let’s say that a very obese girl, who doesn’t meet any of the requirements that conventional beauty demands, is driving the Ferrari.

She approaches you and invites you to get in. Would you do it?

But the important thing is “why”. Why would you do it?

If the example was reversed, like a very large, old dude, who looks like ****, invites a young girl to get it. Would she do it, and why?

Lol not really though. The same type of man buys the big ticket item to impress just like the same type of woman flocks to it. Any Ferarri is an amazing vehicle and a big thrill to drive. You could make the same argument for bikes, but look how many guys rock a solo seat.

The fact is that most men have a sincere interest in cars and bikes.

Women do not, they see these objects as a mirror that reflects the wealth of the owner. Most women do not find cars and bikes intrinsically interesting.
