Guys with shoei helmets

Well, I do worry when i jam 6 bottles of beer in there walkin outta LCBO

Last time I left my helmet on my bike, some drunk guy ****** on it.

ANYONE SEE WUT I DID THRERE

A little off topic but a question about locking your helmet to the trunk/seat... wouldn't it be difficult to retrieve the helmet afterwards if you have to unlock, hold key, remove seat without dropping the helmet?

Tough to do with anything in your hands, but it's not that tough. My current helmet doesn't have a D-ring on the strap, so I had to rig up a length of aircraft cable, that loops through chin-bar, and then back under the seat. This is a bit of a pain.

No because it's secured on a hook located inside the trunk. I can sit on my bike, wiggle it back and forth with the back seat off and the helmet would still be secure.

Hmm, so when you remove the pass.seat, does the helmet come off attached to the underside or the inside of the bike? (I have yet to take a closer look at my bike to see what it's like).

There's a hook on the bike, just slip D-ring over it, and put rear seat back on.

Ya I find most of them kinda boring as well, although there are a few nice ones.
Nothing compares to the comfort of a shoei helmet though.

I was the same. Best fitting/comfort when I bought mine and I had to wait for one to come in because I wanted something not plain. I am happy with the end result.

As for the storage questions. I have the solo cover on the back of my bike. The hook is attached to it. When I go to take it off I just unlock the back and lift via the helmet with no issues.

As I said in my previous post, the hook is in the trunk, not on the seat.
