Full leather for street riding stupid?

Is this something that can be sued for as a safety issue? Absence of warning signs?

Because I know a township up there around Oshawa-Scugog was successfully sued over some road safety issue recently but I can't remember the exact details at the moment.

I wear black 2 piece. Around where I live I always used to see this guy in white 2 or 1 piece on eglinton going the opposite way.
On my typical short ride on that route he and I would be the only ones wearing something like that.

Anyways. I like leathers.

I am sure she could have, but who wants to go through the trouble. I did notice a bit after they put construction signs on that road.

We would have never gone that way if there were construction signs, would have continued on 12. A full day of awesome riding to end up like that at the end of the ride

It would have made for great litigation to argue the case that the township damaged her female beauty. Emotional distress + physical suffering.

hahahaahahahahaha. i know you're being a little bit facetious, but good luck with either in ontario.

Also. Jeans are uncomfortable as the fabric doesnt stretch much. Leather bottom is actually very comfortable and stretch. As comfortable as wearing sweatpants

I know he was joking but my brother once blew his tire at a construction site & got partially reimbursed

I've been reimbursed for damage caused by pot holes.

So that's where all the money from the victim surcharges on parking tickets went..

I don't think so. The city has insurance

The biggest difference between European riders and North Americans is that Euro SS bike riders don't squid.
You only get road rash once before you realize how vulnerable you are, and without ballistic nylon or leather, you might as well be in a t shirt and flip-flops.

That and they don't stretch/ruin their bikes due to the fact there are many curves in Europe
