There are hundreds of millions of Islamists out there who want Sharia to be the law of the land. They don't have to be terrorists, but their views are completely backwards from ours, especially those of progressives and liberals. Those who oppose mass immigration from troubled Muslim regions don't just oppose it for fear of violence, they're against it for the reason stated above.
What's the benefit to bringing them in? Even if you can screen them properly, what's being gained? Just for the sake of diversity? Why?

Battle of the Boyne was in 1690.That is over 300 years ago. It was about Christians killing each other.
IRA Sectarian killing? The IRA never acknowledge those killings & there's no solid proof on them doing it.
The IRA killed to push the English out. It was not religiously motivated.

I don't feel bad for Amazon or any company that creates prayer rooms and gives extra special breaks (article labels it that) to pray 5 times a day.
Do that at your house. This is separation of church and state.
