I have to agree ... but he was not alone, most of the interviewers throughout the season were horrible (either language barrier or simply was just sugar coating everything). They should just go back to the normal post race conferences of the past or simply scrap the whole chitchat.
Exactly. These podium interviews are silly populist spectacles, devoid of any genuine character. Like Rosberg's attempt at a Portuguese thank-you to the crowd. We'll never see something like Schumy crying, or two drivers smart-mouthing each other. And of course the interviewer is always a celebrity rather than a reporter, so the questions are pretty useless. Maybe they should have an F1 mascot and cheerleaders too *SIGH*I have to agree ... but he was not alone, most of the interviewers throughout the season were horrible (either language barrier or simply was just sugar coating everything). Double points, what a farce .
They need to get somewhat relevant former drivers back there all the time...

So Piquet, a three time WDC, is somehow irrelevant?? Perhaps not the best choice for the podium, but in terms of results, he belongs among the greats.
Agreed. Artificial, manufactured nonsense.
Double points, what a farce .
start of a new era,
righteous!!!
