Every Thursday night - Lakeshore and Leslie???

Fyi....just went through the drive through and noticed prooerty management hired guards. I think I counted four of them. Asked them what they are enforcing and they just said no parking in the price choppers lot and no congregating there too.

I'll just go into price choppers and buy a drink or something, then I can park there!
 
Great, I feel sorry for these guys. You do know if they can't contain it and everyone doesn't listen the popo will be called to kick people off that side.

Before you get all "**** the mall cops" on them. They have the right to ask you to leave. The also have the right to arrest and detain you should you not comply.

Got there late myself tonight, close to 11:30, looks like I missed the fun with the guards etc. There were 3 or 4 cops still lurking about.

I wonder how the coming weeks will play out... if they've started hiring security they'll probably start looking for every possible excuse to get rid of us.

The addition of security means there's been non-compliance with the property manager's repeated requests i.e. people aren't smart enough to stay the eff outta designated zones. My guess is that people should probably be on their best behaviour if they want to continue having these large circle jerks...
 
Indeed.

It sucks that we may potentially lose the L&L weekly meets, but given the huge amount of litter I saw tonight vs previous weeks (hopefully not all from us), among other problems, I think they're just getting more fuel for the fire.

With how big these meets have become, I doubt it'd be possible to contain all of us in one small section of the lot.. but it's worth a shot vs losing access altogether.

Worst case, relocate... hopefully it doesn't take a clash with law enforcement to sort it all out.
 
First time out, nice seeing all the bikes (had some pretty cool looking bikes there!)

Security didn't bother me (I parked close to the drive through, on the PC side), but they also didn't say hi back when I said Hi to them :(
 
We can do this people. It can't be that hard for us to stay out of the PC lot til 10 pm. They are even cool with us parking in the huge parking area on the North side of PC. Maybe we can leave the Timmies area all together cause it's a cluster **** by the drive through anyways and just park all the bikes in the north lot?
