Wait a minute, they will use all police resources to get a guy doing a wheelie on the highway but when one of their own is on camera threatening to plant evidence and lie there isn't enough to charge?
W T F ?

People change? Well, if you're such a smart@ss, why not propose a regular (every few years) psych test then? So you think it's OK to become mentally messed up and continue to stay on the force?
The officers can pay for it themselves... There's plenty of occupations out there where the employee has to pay for further training or for retesting. With what a cop makes $100 for a psych test is nothing.LOL and say they do come with a psycology test every 4 years, where are they going to pull their money from?
Would you not think every occupation would do the same?
Why do you think they don't retest on physical on all police officers?
And who are you referring to about the psycology test? The soldiers or the cops?
The process of the psycology test prior to applying takes 3 hours to complete with an interview with a psycologist. That's out of the applicants pocket. Now if you were going to have about 70 thousand cops across Canada to take a test every 4 years, the service is going to pay for the test, pay for the doctor. Look at most police services now, they're all are on a budget.
BTW, I was referring to the soldiers about PTSD.
So why isn't this guy being charged once the evidence got presented? Just got a stern talking to, to be more careful in front of the cameras and unleashed on the unsuspecting public again. I don't wanna be dealing with that clown.
Apparently no "victim" stepped up...

I firmly believe that this cop's lack of integrity is indicative of 50% of everyone employed in the police forces these days.
In my opinion, a "bad cop" is one who would lie to get a collar, plant evidence to get a collar, falsify statements, lie under oath, lie to cover another cop's tail, use excessive force, use their authority or power for fun or personal gain etc.
