Dual Fuel Generators

For those on septic systems, flushing the toilet with stored water or using a generator to power the well pump to get more is one thing, but dumping all sorts of effluent into the septic, but not feeding any power to the pump to get those liquids out to the leach fields can get messy quick.

I think a lot of people who aren't necessarily septic savvy just kind of forget about that part of the system, and how it just works 99.9% of the time despite them never seeing or hearing it.

I'm sure when the power came back on a lot of high-level alarms were blaring at a lot of places on septic. Hopefully no code brown messes in their yards before that.
For the septic systems I have had to deal with, only one had a pump as part of the main system. They others had pit pumps to go from basement fixtures to tank but everything from the main floor to tank to weeping bed was gravity.
