Just a warning - I saw one of the parking staff taking pictures of the bikes parked on the east side of the TEL building. There has been a LOT of bikes parked there lately, I wonder if they're going to take action.

i park at the seneca side, havent had any problems so far. but yea its been really full lately. sometimes attributed to horrible parking jobs by a few bikes.
some people leave big gaps between their bikes and other bikes, but not big enough to squeeze another bike there , only to waste space.

FAAAK I hate when people squeeze in way to close to me. Some people don't realize my bike swings quite a lot when I stand it up and my handlebars are wide. Oh well that's what handguards are for

Yeah, had to readjust my mirrors today thanks to whomever parked too close to me.

Last week confronted guy putting his backpack on my bike where my cluster/handlebar is so that he could go and lock up his bicycle.... Some people... I swear he must've had something heavy or sharpish sticking out cause it left light white scuff marks on some plastics...
Some 35ish-40 year old Asian guy.... Was all apologetic and was about to put it on a black ninja 250 (other side of him) but reconsidered and held it between his legs... Probably will do it again.
Another thought... Did someone knock over 2-3 of the bike racks by running into it with their bike? I saw a nail 4 inches long bent and sitting on the floor where the rack was knocked over.

I got ton's of friends parking there at TEL. I usually don't bring my bike over to YorkU, don't feel safe... Wondering how many times I've seen you guys

As far as we know, thats the only area on York you can park your bike for free.
Did they JUST put that sign up or did all of us simply miss it every day we parked there?
Either way, I'll continue to park there until the first ticket pops up then look for alternatives. Since it is Seneca property (that they leased), they might give us a notice in our e-mails cause they tend to do that for everything... (ex. closed roads and construction)
If I do get an e-mail from Seneca I'll post it up.
I cant remember if this sign was there from before or not. I drove by and snapped this picture today.
There's quite a bit of rust around the bolts. The signs aren't new.
