Discount Codes for GP Bikes?

If you get one of the older guys at GP sometimes they'll talk numbers if you are buying enough from them, up to a point. 20% off is normally a safe amount to shoot for.

As for Rider's Choice, after a bad experience with them I doubt I'd ever go back...even if they were slightly cheaper. I don't like being talked down to constantly and having to justify every purchase I want to make just so John will let it reach the till.

So popped in to bike show quickly looking for jacket, lid and boots. I was invisible in Riders choice booth, they were standing around talking. After waiting 5 minutes, spun around and bolted.
I have never dealt with GP in the past.
As soon as I walked in I was acknowledged, the young ladies there were especially helpful...knew their stuff..full demo on a nice jacket. Tom... I believe the owner sealed the deal with a fair package price.
Good experience

Sounds like Riders Choice should make note of that last post, as I know Phelge isn't the first person to leave their booth due to customer service, or lack of.

Many shops, small and large, ***** and moan about customers shopping online. Pro Tip: Treat every customer as a potential sale and not as an inconvenience. You just might be surprised.....

I had the same experience at the Riders Choice both during the February show. I walked in, was looked at but never approached. Walked across to GP Bikes and was greeted by 3 people looking to help. Their pricing was far better as well.

*****Update,

Only item left for me to buy was a pair of gloves. Riders choice is 5 minutes from where I work, Ive never been in the actual store.
After walking in and going straight for the gloves, I was completely ignored for the full 15 minutes I was in the store.... The one guy was actually blocking a section of gloves I was looking at and wouldn't move or say a word to me!
Really nice shop, nice gear, but man shocking customer service.
Don't think I will ever return, too bad, nice shop.
