December show

My Mum's there right now. Trying to talk her out of a Ducati as her first bike

Was there today, took a girl for her first bike show, looked kind of empty, didn't stay for too long

Been to this show before, and it has been sorely lacking.. Glad I didn't go, the Jan one is much better!

Cause of the girl or cause of the show?

Went with my wife, glad she got the cut rate for "ladies night" wasn't really worth the admission
stetched out maybe 2 hours there seeing just about everything twice. Even the vendors seemed to find the show disinteresting.

went with my brother today, I agree it was so empty this year.

bought a jacket that's it.... they didn't have much inventory there.

This was the first motorcycle show I've ever gone to. My first impression was that it was very small, and fairly empty.

Sat on pretty much every bike, that Hayabusa is a figgin monster. Sitting on and daydreaming about riding that S1000RR was nice. Too bad there were no Kawis except for one 636 (which I thought looked the best lol)

The guys at Honda really knew there stuff. We talked a lot about their new CBR500 which I'm now really considering getting, to upgrade from my Ninja 250.

It was funny watching my girlfriend do that Harley demo... where the ladies have to pick up that bike which weighs 800 lbs (with help obviously).

All in all not much to do beside sit on bikes and enter contests... Dunno if I would go again unless it was bigger.

Any good deals on helmets, gloves and boots?

There for 2 hours this afternoon with my brother, the show does look sparce but the displays were quite nice. I still prefer this show over the fleamarket show in Jan, it was Kawai's loss in not participating. Honda looks like they are comitted to the market. The New BMW R1200 GS is stunning as is the little Moto Guzzi Stone and the Honda 500 line were the highlights. The 500 line will help Honda get back in the game. Ducati booth is a must see!

Sat on a lot of bikes. Surprise at some on how it felt. Bought a front stand for $55. Went with friends.....$16 well worth.

The more and more I see the new 600rr the more I like it. Can't wait to sit on it for myself.

The hp4 looks so delicious. I'd take it over the pani.
