The police said there's a charge called "man trap" or something? Saying you can't set up a boobie trap, even on your own property?

A wire fence closing an entrance to my property with signage is not a "man trap"... not my fault if you don't see the sign... it is there.

I don't know what it's for.. I've just seen the sign, been there for years. I used to get chased out there when I was a kid. (not my pic)

I had both bylaw enforcement officers AND police attend, on different occasions, when an unreasonable neighbour constantly played music that was loud enough to literally shake all of the glasses and dishes in my cupboards. Every occasion was around noon or in the afternoon, not evening or night.

And before anyone says that I over reacted I tried to deal with it politely and peacefully, and the idiot not only became enraged, but got physically aggressive. He was eventually kicked out by the landlords.

I imagine the first couple times they only asked him to turn it down a bit. There is a difference between being able to hear the music next door and it rattling dishware. Again, the further you go into the evening, the less acceptable simply being able to hear some of the music becomes. And again, I'm sure there is precedent which a quality officer would defer to. Oh so subjective.
