In the city itself they park halfway across the side walk to force wheelchairs onto the roadway.
Here he's only half blocking the vehicular traffic.

I caught a team of YorkU Security taking pics of my bike in where I normally park, in between bushes by Founders. They told me that someone from the Dean's office (I know who tf it is) complained, and it's a safety issue etc. They asked for my student ID, I asked them whether I had to show it. I could technically show it and I know that security ppl hate the parking ppl at YorkU as well, but I didn't show it and left.

So, back to TEL =(
