If the person in the passenger seat uses a wheelchair the extra space may be needed for maneuvering the wheelchair to the passenger seat. the person parked beside them in what i suspect is pregnant/parent with small children how ever is a different matter.

Driving a car like that, he obviously doesn't care about tickets. I'm sure the number he gets in a year added up is an insignificant amount compared to his income. It's more like a premium park-wherevery-you-want pass than a penalty.
The penalty for stuff like this should be scaled based on the offenders income (down to a minimum). Sort of like speeding tickets in Switzerland http://www.whatcar.com/car-news/merc-driver-faces-650k-speeding-fine/1198488

False, maybe the cost of the ticket is significantly less than the cost of repainting due to door dings etc (which it is)
Other drivers love to park closely and could care less about paint condition about their car.
Most people from this site drive a motorcycle. Of course they're going to be shopping at Walmart.
Kids around here would be climbing all over that. He's parked it in the jungle gym spot.
lots of spots where you won't get dinged at the back of the lot.
i think I could put a handicap van in the spot next, so that he couldn't get out.
that's why he isn't in deeper.

Most likely.. im sure this was a "look at me look at me" type of parking job. Right by the entrance.. not discreet.
That should have been an automatic tow with the associated tow fee's etc.

How you do plan to tow an all wheel drive car without damaging it?
Not concerned if it gets damaged it shouldn't have been there in the first place. Owner can consider it part of his stupid tax.

They lift front or back and then put wheel Dolly's on the remaining wheels. Pretty simple.

Parking enforcement has been notified. There is plenty of parking roughly 100m away from the school, but I guess people can't walk that far. I really wouldn't care if it wasn't for the fact that they're blocking off access to my street.
