I've been trying to sell the MIL to my single middle aged cousin for years. All I want in return is his 5 bedroom backsplit house backing onto a park...even offered him to live with us!
Compared to a 235 sq ft condo at 600+, that seems downright reasonable. Crazy.
Who the **** is buying a <300 sqft condo for 600k?! That's literally 700k after all the fees and **** for....a shoe box...?

Someone posted the link before. Something like 550 + 1-20 view premium + 110 for a parking spot (that you probably can't get as they are going to the two beds) + 15 if you want to charge an EV. Right near Ryerson. Don't worry, no foreign money involved. Just students. Don't look behind the curtain.

If I had that kind of cash, I'd buy an old firehouse and keep the bottom floor filled with cars and motorcycles.
Sleep on the top floor, wake up, slide down the firepole and go riding.
Wife is totally on board with this.
