But testing for antibodies would be a way of cutting at least 50% or more of the vaccine requirements

Probably a case that Rocco Galati would take on.I think you are confused about your rights. Point to a governing document that prohibits a 3 day quarantine please.
Lawsuits like this are just another group of people that see this at the greatest fundraising opportunity of a generation.
Hight cost of daycare today is largely the result of the Ontario Liberals plan to force Ontarians into another job subsidy -- they changed the rules when they were bleeding manufacturing jobs out of the province.Paying for daycare sucks. It also encourages people to have roughly the number of children they can afford to take care of. If you make everything state sponsored, some people figure out that between covered expenses and gov't cheques for each kid, cranking out children is a viable career on its own. Terrible plan.

the government has a duty to protect the people from harm, that duty should supersede your individual rights.Take a look at mobility rights .
Three days in a hotel at the end of your vacation with all food provided sounds relaxing not cruel and unusual. The rights and freedoms the Charter protects

you`re still free to leave the country and come back. but by doing so you've acknowledged that there is risk in travelling while the rest of the world grapples with what we're trying to deal with in our own backyard. And as such your 'rights' are reduced until you are deemed to not pose a threat to the rest of us.
i get their angle, but i don't agree. the good of all has to trump the good of one.
EDIT: most arguments I've read so far say it's cruel and unusual punishment, i don't see what judge will support this.

Mobility rights provide you the right right to enter and leave -- which you are still free to do. They do not guarantee you any freedom from rules that govern your entry or exit. For example, you cannot wander across the border into Canada without following immigration and customs rules, you can't leave the country if you are a criminal restricted from doing so.The rights and freedoms the Charter protects

Take a look at mobility rights .
When you arrive in Canada and are a citizen or landed immigrant . You cannot be denied entry . Same goes with entering the the country. There are no guarantees that you can roam free if you are suspected to be a danger to others.
The one that follows our charter of rights . It doesn't apply only when coinvent .EDIT: most arguments I've read so far say it's cruel and unusual punishment, i don't see what judge will support this.
convenience isn't the word. it applies with limitations, it's scope is not absolute as referenced by @Mad MikeThe one that follows our charter of rights . It doesn't apply only when coinvent .
Where does "being a good member of the community" fit into your plan? The one that follows our charter of rights . It doesn't apply only when coinvent .
That is why we have laws . Show me where in CC they can detain you for a covid test or force you to quarantine facility without a hearing . What the government is doing is emergency measures . Not laws . Hence they changed their tune to fines not quarantine hotels .convenience isn't the word. it applies with limitations, it's scope is not absolute as referenced by @Mad Mike
he's not discussing being a good member, he's speaking about the application of the law, which is fair.Where does "being a good member of the community" fit into your plan?
