Really? Typical Burlington Soccer mom if you ask me.
She's no Rachel Hunter.
She is Connor's mom. She can't do anything wrong. It would go again his "perfect" image with a "perfect" family.
So Perry himself has now made a statement, he claims alcohol and mental health issues are his problem, turns out an alcohol infused exchange with staffers and corporate sponsors may have had something to do with his release.
I hope he gets the help he needs .

Looking more and more like the 'Stacy's Mom' rumours are a product of social media.
Whatever conduct breach was made has sure been kept secret, quite amazing considering there would be a lot of people in the know... other players, team members, their partners, lawyers, and a wider circle of connected people.
Enquiring minds want to know. Where is the National Inquirer when we need them?

Not surprising, Blaxk Hawks organization have had enough problems with the team and bad behaviour. A don’t talk about this would be an internal gag order , under penalty of dismissal . Corporate sponsors don’t want ties to a drunken hockey star. Perry coming clean is his only way to ensure any future as an athlete or ‘celebrity’ .

Hockey establishment has always been the best in the business when it comes to controlling bad news. You sometimes hear about the 'code' in sports, it exists in virtually all levels of competitive Hockey.
Hundreds of people know, none are willing to talk. Getting fingered for that leak would limit or end a Hockey career.
For now it's still rumours and still something bad. Sooner or later the fog will clear and we'll all know what happened.
The hockey establishment was not the best at controlling bad news , they had a culture of burying it . Now thanks to the pervs that held senior roles in hockey , Hockey Canada in particular, we have the Canadian Safe Sport initiative. It’s now involved gymnastics , soccer , baseball , you name it .
I’m a screening officer for Sail Ontario , and trained to ask questions to “ maybe” make a potential offender realize we are looking and watching , they like to be off the radar. Thanks Hockey for adding thousands of dollars of operating costs to every level of sport for minors , the administration costs , even using volunteers is insane . People at Hockey Canada should not have just been unfunded , several should have gone to jail , what a toxic culture .

I think we are saying the same thing. Hockey at the national level has a lot of baggage, and for years has operated like a Church when it comes to hiding and burning indiscretion. My main point is that hockey has a code, good or bad, that helps it keep details from prying eyes.
With respect to Hockey Canada, I is no worse than any other major sporting organization, you have similar scandals and accusations in skiing, skating, gymnastics. Hockey's Canada indiscretions echo louder as they are the biggest and most deeply engrained in Canadian culture.
I'm also trained in screening and have seen/interviewed thousands of coaches in hockey, lacrosse and soccer. Recreational hockey has always been one of the safest activities kids can do, I recall zero pedo situations in 35 years as a league exec in hockey, soccer and lacrosse (both Canada and the USA). Volunteers are almost exclusively parents of a child on the team, 2 deep rules have been in place for more than 30 years, and there is rarely a time when multiple parents are not within eyeshot of players.
Sports and activities with non-parent coaches and volunteers harbor the greatest number of threats as the bad guys can operate more easily in those theatres. Teenagers are the most victimized, particularly those in competitive sports programs. For the most part, youth sports don't non-parents except in very competitive situations.
If you want someone to thank about police checks and vetting, thank the Scouts.
