A 21-year-old Toronto woman died at Skydive Toronto in Innisfil on Saturday after releasing her main parachute at low altitude, according to the skydiving school

According to a press release from Skydive Toronto, the skydiver had released a quickly rotating parachute at a low altitude without the time/altitude required for the reserve parachute to inflate.
