I don't.. But I suspect that along as the person qualifies.. and goes through the steps... They'll get it.
The waiting periods changed a few years ago.. After some uproar.. when people realized Karla Homolka received a pardon.. and was working in a school.
 
Tory is ******. He wanted jail.

Unsurprisingly, based on her social media post linked above she is happy with her choice to put lives at risk for personal notoriety. Drake liked that picture even though he kicked her out of his video and published something about she didn't deserve attention so it's working for her. Hopefully she violates her parole and finally grows up a little in jail.

Toronto Mayor John Tory slammed the sentence "chair girl" Marcella Zoia received for tossing a chair off a downtown highrise balcony onto a busy highway, saying it won't serve as a deterrent for her or anyone else.

I think here sentence should have included a total ban on social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) during probation. Clearly the chair tossing stunt was for impact and her drive to become a social media 'influencer' - the benefits she's getting from the fame should be considered proceeds of crime.

On that note, seize control of the accounts and leave a parked image like when they take down a piracy site "The owner of this account (Zoia . . .) places themselves above society. Society does not allow this type of behaviour. If you see Zoia . . . please let her know that her actions were unacceptable and will not be tolerated." Leave that up beside a picture of her bloated face for a few years.

Didn't most bands throw stuff off the balcony into a pool in the the 70's .

Steve McQueen shot out the bathroom window of Kieth Moon at 2am with a shotgun. Police filed no charge. Kieth never complained apparently
 
Back to chair girl, if she doesn't hit it big soon as an "influencer" (and it is not looking all that good), she can always try her next best option...spinning on the brass pole to take advantage of whatever is left of her 15 minutes, maybe some chair girl lap dances. Assuming she does not get any fatter of course, also not looking good for her....

Parents must be so proud.

Personally, the punishment fits the crime assuming she was actually apologetic, she obviously is not. I do think probation should have included no social media, no alcohol, no taking those stupid sideways head turn photos....

This girl getting off lightly is NOTHING compared to what goes on in court rooms all over the province every day...
Sure... She's an idiot, but nowhere near the danger to society many of the people "involved" with the judicial system are.

You wouldn't leave your house if you knew who was roaming the street on bail.. Lol

Yeah I think it started before her with Paris Hilton and Nicole Richie, paid to pose and be socialites, and dog purses.
Either way, sad socitey has elevated this kind of fakeness.
