Old news. It’s well known that spring has the strongest winds and lowest electricity demands.I don't know. Scroll down to "Spring Weather brings Unneeded Wind Generation in Ontario" to figure out what we're paying for electricity from these sources.

Bad math for province as they pay up .20 to .80 per kWh to generators then sell most of the power at less than .02 kWh.
