Oh for $200 I'd buy it over any mastercraft... didn't realize the sale price was like 50% off. I just wouldn't buy it at $450.
Nor would I. At full price I would not even consider it.

Actually you're wrong. I've had so many problems with Canadian tire and its useless employees, including head office.Their customer service is crap, the complaint handling is crap. I think they interview and hire the least qualified for the jobs.Bill, you are the worse troll ever, can see you from a mile away lol.

I think you just proved that by your comment.
I don't have problems with anyone except you. When you tell people to ignore a guy who's brother is about to pass away, well it shows your character. Then after he passed away all you do is bad mouth the guy nice friend. But this has nothing to with Canadian tire, how is it my problem they sell defective products then refuse to refund or exchange it, and its happened at least half dozen times. Canadian tire needs to change its screw the customer attitude. Then there's the mechanics that threaten not to release your car if you don't have the make belief problems repaired. They will be the nextBill, with your personality, you have problems with everyone, Me, many people in here and remind me how many times have you got perma banned? and come back as another user? but of course in your mind Paul and the admins are ******** and you are the victim.
At some point you need to look at yourself in the mirror and recognize that when you have problems with everyone and everywhere, the problem might be you.
Anyways, I am out of here, rant all you want.
The Milton CTC store had a product shrinkage issue of nearly $10K in one week,.....

A few days ago I got an email saying (in summary -- I can post the whole thing when I get home):
"We are sorry to learn about your dissatisfaction with Canadian Tire. Your feedback has been logged and your feedback will be forwarded to the owners/general managers of these Canadian Tires.
Should you wish to discuss this further... we invite you to please contact the Canadian Tire stores directly to voice your feedback."
So I guess they missed the part where it was the store manager who refused to follow the corporate policy and then basically say in the future, don't bother calling us, deal directly with the store.
Canned response #536161 sent to Mike. I wonder how many of those emails they send a day.
Thank you for contacting our office regarding your shopping experience at one of our Canadian Tire stores.

Did you really expect anything other then that. This is a company that has always had the worst customer service ever. From their mechanics to floor people to head office, completely useless company. Here's how a company should work, I had an issue with home depot,I emailed the president at around 9:30 at night, I had a reply email from him within 15 mins., stating he will have someone look into it for me, the next morning I got an email from a lady at head office asking for complete details. They took the complaint very serious, and handled it professionally and quick. I purchase everything I can from them, both personal and for work.Yep, mostly a canned response with very little of it personalized to answer my complaint. Here is the full text I received:
Maybe I'm wrong but I think I get better service at South of the border
