Canadian Harley Dealers closing

Dilawri group, Canada’s largest auto dealer network. Smart idea by Harley, these folks know how to run car dealerships and are used to having manufacturers drive sales mix and margins.

Harley has stated they want to drive changes where they have better control on product mix thru dealers, this might be part of their new way.
I kinda believe most of the HD dealers around GTA are second business's of another group (Makkies, Paff etc), I guess it's a good way to claim business expesnses and funnel money away from gov taxes. Just my guess, I'm just a working stiff. ?‍♂️

All things be honest here, i have not put no more than 3000k's on my Electra glide in probably 6yrs. i have such a blast on my KLR or Versys 1000.

as far as it being a great bike i can say yes, it does the long hwy trips very comfortably, cranks up the tunes and go. gets about 350k's to a tank. Never have to think about break downs cause i do keep up on the maintenance although i don't ride it, i still go over the bike with a look every now and then.
I bought myself a Yamaha XSR700 and it’s waaaay more fun than my Harley!
I didn’t even ride my Dyna this summer. But to me, the Super Glide is one of the most beautiful bikes ever made and I don’t think I could part with it.

i buy all my toys new, i know what i got and know it's been taken care of. once i buy something it's hard for me to part with it.

although i do have a 82 Suzuki gr650 i bought to bobber it. thing was in almost mint condition and i couldn't bring myself to chop it up
