Burrito Boyz Tuesday Nights 4.0

Guys and gals take it easy on LLM89 she has been very reasonable in her comments and suggestions made about the sidewalk congestion. Now imagine if it was your wife or girlfriend pushing your child in a stroller should she even have to say"excuse me" hell no, you should see her coming and accommodate her passage. All I know is if I was NOT a motorcycle enthusiast and this was happening in front of or within close proximity of my residence I would probably not be so diplomatic about it.Lets be honest some of us don"t seem like the most approachable bunch and look pretty intimidating with the gear on and all so guys cut her some slack.Just my opinion so don't start attacking me cause I will not respond
Thanks, although I don't have a kid, moving out of the way for a lady is a nice thing to do. And that is exactly why I voiced my thoughts here because in person with the gear on some but not all of you look intimidating.

Lol ... now that he knows that shes a girl.

Sorry to disappoint but I need another GIRL in my life like a hole in the head one is more than enough.I am not the one using a public forum to expand my horizons westendbikegirl ?;) I would like to consider myself an old fashioned gentleman thats it.I know I said I wouldn't respond but cant help myself

There's no need to be rude. I just asked and I didn't rudely ask. Also, everyone knows about the Dover event whereas people need to put two and two together or ask to be made aware of this. I myself wasn't aware this was a weekly thing until I found this forum. And I don't want to go to Dover, I saw a man wearing a thong on a motorcycle during the news coverage of the event and I am still horrified.

I concur.

I've only gone a few times this year, and yes some of people standing around do need to be prodded to get out the way of people are trying to walk by. It's mostly because they don't seem to notice people walking up. Try making more noise, talking to yourself, sing, or wear some clog type shoes, a path will magically appear before you.

Loud shoes save lives.

First world problems

I live in the neighborhood and no longer walk near Burrito Boyz on Tuesdays when I see your larger groups because while you park your bikes very neatly (thank you) the same cannot be said for yourselves. Your larger gatherings crowd the sidewalk. People either need to grin and bare it and push through, say excuse me and push through, or find alternate routes. All I ask for is a little order on the sidewalk for my community. Thanks.

Who is going tonight? Is the weather looking ok?

Weather could go either way. There is a severe thunderstorm watch, but nothing much on forecast weather radar. Pop-up thunderstorms are quite possible when it's like this. I'll make the call around 6 pm as far as I'm concerned.

And that is the problem, I shouldn't have to need to say excuse me, the sidewalk should be clear so people can just walk without excuse me's or pushing.
I guess its a reasonable demand..

but i gotta say i walk there every tuesday (walking the gf's dog) and if i dont feel like saying excuse me, i use the other side of the road. Been doing so for 2 years...and usually people will get out of the way...at least in my experience...

and just as an FYI

weatherman is a doosh
