Black Friday/cyber Monday deals?

Looking for a good deal on a 32" (or so) TV. Best I've found is $170 for a 720p 60Hz.

Good price, but IMO, don't do 60 Hz. It's just not worth it. It's not as bright and vibrant as a 120 Hz. The 240 Hz is fantastic, but pricey.

Got a rear and triple tree stand and a chock at kapsco under $150. Pretty good deal.

I've seen some reasonable 240 hz tv's. I find the minute you start looking above 55" they're all nuts. I would also add the average person doesn't have a room large enough for much bigger than that. I had a 50 in my last house and we sat 22 feet from it and it was still large. I have a friend who just had to have a 65. He sits 15 feet from it and to me it looks ridiculous.

An example and what will be in my house after xmas.

Kobo books is running 50% off on a promo code for Dec 1st. BLACKFRIDAYFIFTY

I just used this to buy the ebook version of Total Control which came to $12.06 after taxes. Hope the ebook version is alright I haven't checked it yet, the older books can have problems.

Are there any reference/learning books that would be worth grabbing with this code that aren't at the library?

Edit: Looks like TC is a PDF not an ePub so that is poor for a mobile device. :(

Funny that these could be the deals of the year. Boxing won't have such deals.

Will for sure look for a new PC monitor.

They have Black Friday week now. Its not indifferent to how they no longer having boxing day sales, they are boxing week sales
