Bike won't start after winter storage (even with new battery)

I haven't found in Techlusion's online documentation what those two wires are meant to be used for. There should only be the cables to the injectors and ground.

Where do the other wires from the Techlusion box lead to? Evidently tracing the injector wires backward from the injectors wasn't successful, so try following the wires from the Techlusion box forward to where they connect to something.

They didnt connect anywhere when I found it. They look like it was ripped out from a splice somewhere on the harness.

schematic shows that the tap wires can be connected anywhere inline between ECU and injectors
red and black are battery connections, the other 4 are/in/out for the injector wires

if you removed that device without disconnecting any wires
it probably wasn't doing anything anyway

you need to find 2 wires out of the ECU that have been cut and have connectors of some kind on them
ensure they are properly connected

As I mentioned before. The Techlusion was working last season.
It got disconnected and ripped out of the splice. Not sure where from.
Thanks for the diagram.
I'm going to try to find where it got disconnected from and try to re-splice it or revert somehow back to factory input

It's still connected to the Techlusion box

Right. See that ring terminal in the photo you posted? That's supposed to be connected to a solid ground, such as the battery negative terminal screw.

A wire has two ends. They both have to be connected to something if it is to do anything :)

oh my, yesterday you said, hey, look what I found in the tail
today you say the Techlusion was working last year

the black wire with the ring connector goes to negative battery terminal
did you disconnect it? the device appears to be out of the bike
did you disconnect all the wires? if not, it wasn't hooked up
or do think all 6 wires were ripped out by the tow truck guy?

No the ground was hooked up I just disconnected it when I put new battery in.

I found where the splice got ripped out ilof on the harness. I put it back together.

And by found I mean I didnt realize it was disconnected.

Still no start.

I hear now starter relay popping when I try starting which it didnt do before.

You say you bought a new battery - what kind ? Have it load tested (CTC, any auto parts store or MC shop) and make certain its not defective. It can happen.

starter relay opening and closing like that indicates a low battery

if it were me I'd unwire that EFI box and return to stock until you get the engine running

Yup i rewired back to stock. Still no Go.
I tried to pick up that ecu today. When I asked to test it he said it's ok. But now hes busy and I would have to wait till next week.

Get your battery on charge in the meantime. If left in a depleted state for too long it will be garbage in short order.

Time to start looking elsewhere. Begin with some fundamentals: kill switch, neutral switch, side stand switch.

Is there an adequate supply of fresh fuel?

How did he know the ECU was fried? or is it covered in the service manual?
Best way I have ever found to trouble shoot a bike is to have 2 of them, put your part in the other bike and see if the problem moves.
You need a buddy with a SV650S (y)
Indeed. I let my buddy rape my KLR at Paris a few years back and he was able to determine his bike needed a ride home on a trailer.

Nice new ride.

Congrats on the new ride. Probably sold quick as a parts bike anyway tons of people ride those did you buy the salvage ecu for it?

I tried to get that one off kijiji the guy wouldn't let me test it before I bought it.
Be aware.

Then I tried to get one off a website. 2 weeks for delivery. I'm not that patient. Tried suzuki dealer. The cost was insane so I just gave up.
