jeez trials, you are usually mr schematic finder on here. Im a little disappointed you haven't found one for the TFI techlusion piece.Thought I seen that in the manual.
A whole series of numbered connections if I recall correctly without pulling it up again.
or look for more sticky residue
I'm trying to minimize bandwidth consumptionjeez trials, you are usually mr schematic finder on here. Im a little disappointed you haven't found one for the TPI techlusion piece.
way to go and stick with this vlocka !

yea most likely but worth a try, i came to far .I'm trying to minimize bandwidth consumption
color codes are likely all wrong on that POS anyway hit it with a hammer
Your best bet with that Techlusion box is to simply disconnect it completely.
The connections will be right at the fuel injectors - which are at the throttle bodies. If you observed the injectors being checked for spray pattern ... you know where they are. No need to remove the injectors. Find the injector (there's one for each cylinder) and note that there is an electrical plug on it. Unplug that. Somewhere very close to that spot, you will find another similar-looking plug connector that just has wires going into each side of the connector. That's where the Techlusion box plugs in. Unplug that connector and identify the side of the connector that looks the same as the one that you unplugged from the injector. Plug that directly into the injector. You will now be left with an unplugged male and an unplugged female connector that go to the Techlusion box (you can leave them in the vicinity for now - just unplugged). Do that for both injectors. The Techlusion box is now no longer involved in how the engine runs. Now try starting the engine.
Found some information to hopefully steer you in the right direction. TFI - Electronic Fuel Injection Controllers - ATVs, UTVs, Motorcycles, Sport Bikes
Scroll down ... See the two side-by-side illustrations showing the wiring and injector plugs? Look at the right illustration. The "factory female" connector is the one you are interested in. Uncouple the one labelled "female" from the injector itself, trace the wire back to where the one labelled "male" is plugged into "factory female" and unplug that. Then plug "factory female" into the injector and leave the ones labelled "male" and "female" unconnected as shown in the left illustration.
Here are the exact instructions for the module that you probably have: https://www.tficontrollers.com/instructions/950142054.pdf
Obviously you will be uninstalling, not installing ... For testing purposes, there's no need to take the wiring out of the bike yet. Just leave it hanging, disconnected, until you find out if the bike runs without the module connected. And I betcha it will.
DO top up your cooling system - at the radiator cap, not just at the overflow bottle! - before you run this bike again, if you haven't already.

One other small thing. The Techlusion box - and other aftermarket fuel injection controllers! - requires a secure ground connection. One of the wires coming out of the Techlusion box - which should be a single black wire - has to be securely connected to a good ground ... ideally, the battery negative terminal. Find that black wire and trace its path to where it's connected and make sure it is secure (and that the wire isn't broken or damaged).
