You could also sell it as a non runner for parts. Pretty hard to guess online what’s going on. Yea clutch plates you can sometimes unstick them by rocking them but if it were my bike I’d go manual inspect the plates if they are good still soak them in a little oil and then reassemble replace the plates if necessary. Clutch is easy to open up and see what’s going on in there
I will try everything I can before I sell it for parts. It just happened after i jumped it with a car so I don't think it's something major mechanical.
