Bike storage - side hustle?

Just find a young healthy unspayed female, give her a small warm spot in the barn and feed her every few days. The rest works itself out.

A Tom will find her, she’ll raise kittens and the population balances itself to the supply of food.
Common sense stuff. From my understanding hawk's are the biggest issue followed by coyotes, when it comes to cats, we'll see once we are there

Hawks , coyotes, other cats . You can go from 2 to 8 to 32 in less than 2 yrs .

Can you elaborate? I'm talking strictly with respect to the parked vehicles.

You originally said anything..
In most cases, no the property owner probably wouldn't be responsible for damage to parked vehicles.. unless there's negligence involved.
That doesn't mean the property owner won't/can't be sued for it..
The bigger concern is people getting injured on your property.

Horned owl or eagle decoy might work for the hawks.. you'd have to move it around occasionally.
could also work for protecting your pond fish from other birds.

Yep, in speaking with the previous owners one month cats, next month, no cats...

Fair enough, but that can be mitigated by the driveway drop-off and no entry. And since this is personal property, homeowner's liability should cover any typical injury (trepass or not).

Might be an idea. The pond does have fish, but what species is unknown. Also found out it is over 10ft deep in some parts. But I want to confirm.

Anyone that steps foot on my property (without permission) will most likely "go missing"... muhahahah!!!

Something like that...

Gotta make sure they’re dead. Otherwise you’ll get sued by them and charged by cops.

May as well eliminate one issue.
Ha! all in good fun. Harming someone would have to be the last effort to resolve a conflict.

Over the last 20 years, we have adopted 3 cats from a feral cat community that used to thrive in the creek behind us. The community is gone now, not by predators, cat ladies captured and sterilized the cats until the community died off.

Cats get extremely tough, the ones we adopted became family pets, that lived full lives as outdoor cats. Coyotes, raccoons, owls, and hawks feed in our yard on a daily basis, if the cats were patrolling the predators would run -- they seem to know messing with cats doesn't always end well.

Same with my BIL's barns (he has 4 on his farm). Their cats come and go with food supply, when there isn't enough food the cats leave for another barn. He doesn't have predators taking them.

That could be the case here as well, but I did spot a bag of cat food in the barn. Who knows and we'll see kind of thing...

Keep in mind there will need to be very tight rodent control....
I had the occasional service call to a not well kept asphalt plant with weeds and brush everywhere. Rats, mice, snakes etc

Then a feral cat moved in. No rats, mice or snakes anymore. Not even a grasshopper.

I saw the thing once an it was scary evil looking

Thought

Under the circumstances would you be as comfortable with the storer in your house as in your barn? Trust is trust.
Nope, storage only.
I have customers into my business and I trust them, but they don't come home with me.

Would someone get their nose out of joint if you said no to them but yes to someone else based on a gut feeling?

To avoid the problem sell the barn to the federals for $8 million
