Champ Burger!!
Just east of Shelburne at 10 and 89
Burger's Priest uses medium ground beef which has a higher fat content than lean. Their burgers do taste richer and juicer but they fry the patties on a griddle.
Im curious, do you think a burger should be made on a BBQ so all the grease (aka flavour) should leak out?

Personally on a griddle is how a real burger should be made.
I had it on tuesday. It was pretty terrible.
I much prefer a burger cooked on a charcoal grill, medium rare. Just don't overcook the patty and it will stay juicy.
I have tried a ton of burgers (work on the road all day) and i have to say Woodys Burgers is usually the best of all of them.

I'll probably get flamed for not reading 9 pages of posts, but if no one has mentioned Baldwin Street Burger in Brooklin, it's phenomenal, and a good stop on the way north to Simcoe or the Haliburton Highlands.
Wow. "Terrible"?
Did you have a Champ Burger or a regular burger?
...and why was it so terrible?
