Apparently Winnipeg is across the river from Detroit according to Rob Ford.

My garbage is picked up before I leave for work so I can bring the bins in and not leave it on the sidewalk all day before I get home. That's never happened before the mayor contracted out the garbage pick up and I don't have to worry about another 39-day garbage strike in the middle of summer, turning the public parks into dumps. Thanks Rob!

You know you're still paying all those city garbage workers, right? And you also know that the private collectors are taking longer, after 4pm, to finish their routes? Good for you..bad for everyone else on the route. I'll give you the strike part though. :-)

Now if he were the mayor of Winnipeg, I mean Windsor...

Of course there are emissions..I'm not dumb like Rob Ford. The point is, it eases pollution where it's worst. Only a simple person would believe that streetcars are able to move with zero emissions, or that someone else would believe that. Stop reading the Sun!!!

How cute, you totally ignored the majority of my post and proceeded to make a statement that is contradicted by what I said in it. Try reading the whole thing next time bud.

Just watch Boardwalk Empire, its more entertaining than this

I'll bet most Canadians couldn't point to either Winnipeg or Windsor on the map.
