Not sure how to explain it in a way that makes sense. Aprilia is not a massive bike company, and yes, Triumph probably sells more bikes by far - both here and worldwide. The Piaggio group's revenues are about 8 times Triumph'ss, so if Piaggio sells one Aprilia bike for every 20 Vespas they sell, that makes Aprilia's portion of the company's total revenue equivelant to about 38% of Triumph's revenue.
She can buy my wife's scooter. It's a 2010 Benelli Pepe LX 50cc with 700kms for $1,200. It's a 2-stroke, which I believe is quicker than the 4-strokes. It can do 70kms max (downhill) and good enough for city streets. It white and super girly. It has a rear box and under seat storage. Only need a Limited M1 to ride. It's been dropped on both sides but the damage is minimal and does not affect the operation/performance. The wife just doesn't ride it anymore. She's had it out only once this year.
