I’ve pulled them up from the ground shook the earth off what would fall off put them in a hanging pot in the root cellar. No wrapping or saw dust. Has worked for me for the last 4 years now (used to throw out before) The pot is made out of pressed cardboard peat moss.

Added a bunch of daffodils around the front yard, lets hope the bulbs from last year come back up alongside them. Giving alliums a 2nd chance (they didnt come out at all the first time around) and hopefully the crocuses as well.
Put some netting for the non daffodils since the squirrels seem to stay away from the daffs by default

Nearly all my pond plants survived the winter. I’m pretty happy about that considering the cost of water lilies
My parents ran a bubbler for the first time this year. Surprisingly they still had fish. Pond isn't very deep, those fish must have been really cold.
I think I want a Kentucky Coffee Tree on my front lawn. Because I'm an idiot, probably female (awesome flowers but also huge seed pods to deal with every year). Anyone have a tree supplier they like (ideally near barrie)? Not looking to spend $500+ so probably looking for a ~6' tree for ~$100 (the bigger the better as long as price and ability for me to do it myself don't get out of control). @shanekingsley does it matter where I buy from or just start calling nurseries/tree farms to see what they have?

Apparently quite resilient. Native to Ontario as well just very uncommon now.
