oh wow... my commute was faster than HOV... 15m from sauga to downtown core. And so warm too i regretted taking my insulated gloves. Oh well
 
Yep fastest commute here also, wore my summer gear, and the breeze was like warm spring whisper.

Then through the ride I felt a bit melancholy as the state of our environment came to mind,,,
 
Well this is not a lot of AGW in play ....more El Nino weather pattern tho this is a very strong El Nino. Hey late December and 14 with sun .
I'll take it.
 
Rode to work today and I keep forgetting that winter just started.. Gawd the weather is so perfect..

Christmas Eve. Forks of the Credit.
It was so nice I went a little further north and did Hockley Valley as well.
 
Hoping to get out within an hour. Damn work...

Still though, I can't believe this weather. Or is this the new climate? Maybe I don't have to move out of Ontario during winter after all.

I still would if i could move out of Ontario. But still... all take this weather anytime!!
 
Took the day off and managed to get a nice 150km ride in with two buddies today. Cold on the hands as I don't have cold weather gloves but over all awesome ride considering its December 24!!
 
Down here on the Lakeshore West in Etobicoke, the boys and their cruisers (mostly HD) hang around the local Timmy's.
They were all there today - and all dressed like Santa Claus!
Head to toe in red; the hats, everything... Christmas Eve. Amazing.

Last time we had a December like this, we got HAMMERED in January and February, heheh...
But at least, be happy everyone - the days are getting longer now!
Hey we've got winter on the run.
 
Nice ride today, warm for December but one question springs to mind. Am I the only who dresses one layer shy of appropriate? To wit, if it's 18c out I dress for 15c, if it's 15c I'll dress for 12c etc. Why?
