Apple could teach Harley a thing or two despite being very similar business models based on image.

I won'd debate some of their stuff is stupidly priced. The casters are a good example.
The rest of their products, not particularly out of line when you make
apples to apples comparisons on what you get for the money, and the **** lasts. Like, seriously, it lasts. Problem is people want to compare costs on apples to oranges and get their panties in a twist over it, ie trying to compare M1 Macbooks to Walmart specials which is like comparing a Porche to a Cavalier.
I still have a 2008 Macbook that still boots up perfectly fine to this day despite having been to hell and back, and I have a Powerbook squirreled away in my basement somewhere that I'm sure would also power up if I cared to try. Also have my old 2012 Macbook, and my current daily driver is a 2015 Macbook Pro which still blazes and does what I need it to do perfeclty fine, including editing 4k60fps drone video, etc.
Still have our Gen2 (2011) iPad which still boots and operates just fine. Limited use now as the OS is needless to say way out of date, but still works for the very basics., at 13 years of age.
All our old iPhones have lasted many, many years. My daughter was still rocking a 5 year old iPhone up until a year ago when she finally upgraded...still working,
and still software supported at the time - that's actuall a big deal for those who care about their security and longevity of their hardware
.
I don't play the "it's a cult" nonsense, I just like hardware that works all the time, lasts a long time, and is secure from a security standpoint and is from a company that values that security and data privacy.
