Angry now: what are my options. (help)

Well I would like to think I'm a model citizen. I'm the youngest person on the block...everyone likes me and gets along with me. I try to help my neighbours out as much as I can. Theyr all really nice people actually.

I really did not want to get any authorities involved. But if Theyr blaring music And banging away at 2am...even after I've asked them to stop....I had to do something.

After that phone call to peel region police. The noise is virtually gone. Theyr still doing renovations...but Theyr not blaring music...etc etc.

The person making all the noise is the home owners washed up uncle....he basically is camping in there. The home owner is a younger guy who works a lot - he hasn't even lived in this house.

I had that problem once from my old nabours kids. after a long party of them up till 4am ish I drove my CRX (2 x 25,000 watt 18" subs, pluss another 30,000 watts in mids and highs) into the garage and let them have it at 7am for 2 hours straight. no issues after that

File a complaint with the landlord, they should be going to the Landlord and Tenant Tribunal, first giving a N5 Notice of Termination to the tenant (option #2: interfering with reasonably enjoyment of another tenant).

http://www.ltb.gov.on.ca/stdprodconsume/groups/csc/@ltb/@forms/documents/form/stel02_111568.pdf

if they don't comply in the days outlined by the notice, they can file the appropriate L-application. To go to a hearing.

Only downside is the waiting period.... what the board will do (if it does go to hearing) is give them time to comply/change habits. If they are served with an N5 a second time, there will be a hearing but an eviction order is mandated to be issued. There's no saving them if they don't correct themselves.

Unfortunately, if this goes the long way, it can take 3-4 months from the time you give notices, attend hearings, call bailifs, etc...
