The problem with this kind of legislation is the danger that exists with all vague laws. Overreach.

Every single time a law has been erected, it has beenover used and it's limits stretched tot he point of abuse.
The difference being that this law enables the powers that be to kill, torture, kidnap, interrogate, indefinitely imprison, and never even charge or afford a tiral to anyone they see fit, for whatever reason they want. And no one ever has to be held accountable.
Can you think back in history of some other examples of freedoms like these, afforded to higher powers in a political system?
