Talk to some of the immigration consultants. They have the grift down to an art. Almost zero repercussions for them.
I guess you didn't see the scud (wearing a balaclava, of course) at the protest at the Eaton's Center threatening to put someone ''six feet under'' right in front of a TPS member (who did nothing).

Please. We're talking about a good billion people that have no qualms about cheating each other, let alone anyone else that wanders into their orbit.
If they were naive enough to fall for the scam are they smart enough to get an MBA job after graduating? If their marks aren't high enough they can apply for a review for 50% of the tuition fee. Results guaranteed. Cash preferred.

The biggest proportion of people that have built their wealth from scratch have done so methodically with long term budgets, prudent risks and stable long term investments.
The biggest proportion of people that have dug their financial graves have done so erratically with short term thinking, high risk scams and speculation.
Bringing in 1,400,000 new people a year to live on the streets and pressuring food banks is insanity. It is the hallmark of a government desperate to cover up more serious issues by appearing to be woke to the world.

The basic premise is that issues are being caused by lack of integration - because of poor practices and/or an incoming population that doesn't WANT to integrate.
You mean he didn't go on pogey every winter? That is a low bar for our system to fix. If you work a seasonal job, you should be ineligible for EI (maybe once a decade or something to account for legitimate job loss). Work a different job in the winter. We all know most landscapers work for cash as plow operators every winter while collecting EI. Fix it. Fix it now. Easy. Tons of money saved.
Many European countries have a hidden royalty status. A nouveau riche person is welcome but doesn't buy into the inner circle of old money. Integration is simpler in the USA, show them your bank book.

Correct. Someone who is flagged by CSIS as a known member of the Taliban gets the same consideration for immigration as someone from Kyiv fleeing the war in Ukraine.
