Im all ears, I would love to know How to make a highly stressed "race engine" last as long as an engine in a much lower state of tune.

Short service intervals. It would not go over well if car drivers had to take their econo-box-mobile in for a fairly major service every 20k.

Agreed, and Sportbike service intervals are not much different than cars.
