@Joe Bass. Yes I went a wrote my learners permit test two weeks after I turned 16. I already had a honda xl250r dual sport I bought when I was 15. 5 or 6 of my friends all had small dual sports and we terrorized Brantford area trails and back roads.lol.

There was no John Rhodes testing centre until 1981/82. I predated that. Just the MTO office at Queen just east of Kennedy.
