I think you would be shocked how many Canadians would love nothing more than become US citizens while in Canada...and they do want us to be the 51st state. As a Canadian through and through I must say I don't understand Canadians that are still Trump fanboys, specially publicly. Ok, ignore everything really bad as a human being from his past and first term which is a lot...
He is currently threatening OUR country, threatening OUR economy and threatening OUR sovereignty. Even if one believes it is all bluster and he will buckle under, the ongoing threats create uncertainty have an impact on investment in our country and is hurting fellow Canadians NOW, and it will just keep getting worse. Even if one believes the wild stretch it is all somehow JT's fault (why Mexico, China... Panama Canal, Greenland...etc. etc. all JT?).
In the end the supposed "deal maker" is reneging on a free trade deal HE made, to hurt Canada and Canadians. He signed that new NAFTA deal. I guess JT just out negotiated him so now he wants a redo breaking his own "deal"?
If it is just a wannabe American thing, if you have a degree it is not really all that hard to move there. I also know dozens that are now US citizens without a degree, a little harder but really not that hard if you have value to them. H-1B visa and other options and then move forward, really not hard for most people, specially with education. I know a tonne of people that have done it, it just takes some smarts to work the system. Mind you, immigration there may be harder as of the 20th...
I understand what you're saying here, What i don't understand is the one way thinking in trump the bad. trump in what i see feeds off of anything negative. and we all know lots of that going around. As a Canadian through and through I must say I don't understand Canadians that are still Trump fanboys, specially publicly. Ok, ignore everything really bad as a human being from his past and first term which is a lot...

In Canada the province (or even city) because the country is a given. Travelling abroad anywhere in the world the answer is Canada.Honest question? when someone asks where are you from, do you answer from Canada or the province you live in?
Honest question? when someone asks where are you from, do you answer from Canada or the province you live in?
As I said really not too hard and due to this I think they want to but also don't want to if you get my drift. Depending on how and where the question is asked, 13% to 33% is what I see. But it is sort of like celebritards saying they are moving to Canada if so and so wins.... sure.I think you would be shocked how many Canadians would love nothing more than become US citizens while in Canada...and they do want us to be the 51st state.
I've seen people answer province, even abroad, Often made me wonder why they would not say the country. Why would this matter?
If I know I'm talking to another Canadian and they know I'm Canadian, I'll give the province. If I'm talking to someone known to be from points far far away, "Toronto Canada" as I wouldn't expect them to know our internal geography. As far as I can tell, Americans do more or less the same. For the record, born in Ontario of immigrant Danish parents.
It's OK. That bears repeating. if you were to ask me; this speaks to the biggest problem humanity has at the moment.T4 you posted the same yesterday, you Okay
We can thank lawyers for most of that. There is no longer a basis of TRUTH, there is no reliable datum point we KNOW as TRUTH. All, EVERY decision we make in life are based on what we THINK is truth, and with no solid footing on real TRUTH, every one of those decisions are made on faith.
Can you rephrase that in English?
Context.Why would this matter?
Don't believe what you see and hear on your own, believe what we tell you as that's all that matters. Can you rephrase that in English?
Depends on who asks...if it's someone here in our neighbourhood...I'm in mid-Mississauga. If GTAM...Mississauga...if Reddit...Ontario, Canada...Honest question? when someone asks where are you from, do you answer from Canada or the province you live in?
I would say we have Edward Bernays to thank... or curse... your decision. We can thank lawyers for most of that.
