I'm guessing no. I deliberately hadn't started the engine on the sidewalk, and had been about to switch it on when I saw him, and at that point he was going to turn right off Rees. Soon as he changed to turn left and pulled into the bay in front of me I thought I was in the crapper. But I waddled myself in behind him, he sat there for a second, pulled up a bit, then pulled out, so I hightailed it outta there before he could change his mind. ?
