2017 Observations while riding

Did I catch you today?
Nope, was not I. I don't get into the city often, but was on a scavenger hunt type deal that day and we made about 15 stops starting at Mimico and ending out in the Morningside area before heading home.
Like I said, long story.

A little bit of rain here and there today...
Even though the DVP was recently 'maintained' - there are still pools of water that splash over to the other side - white truck on other side is splashing the car up ahead in my lane -
The VW would've rolled right through their red, until they saw me coming - almost got pasted from the car behind them trying to do the same thing.

Ponytailed lady rider on the white bike is checking out the dude on the black sport bike as she passes though the intersection. Yes, I'm assuming gender here.

From yesterday… Young lad in the back seat waved to me several times. Normally I’d wave back but he was actually walking around the back, not sitting down/belted-in. Didn’t look like his mom was telling him to get back in his seat…
Some people use these merge lanes to pass other cars - hard to see, but some dude pulls out in front of the tanker - who brakes and moves over to the shoulder to avoid the collision.

There I was peering down into my gas tank when I catch something out of the corner of my eye.
Aye carumba!
The sound guy was waiting for his camera man and then decided to turn on his gear early to capture my Harley
The camera guy caught up eventually
Sak's Fifth Ave looking good as usual

yeah, I see some of my forum posts (on other sites ) are still working.. but soon it will probably be the same situation. I think Photobucket own a few other "brands" I can't recall right now, but maybe avoid using them as well.
Some guy drove into oncoming traffic to cross three lanes for a right hand turn on a red light. I found his company by the logo on the side of his truck and sent him an email asking wtf he was thinking. I wonder if he'll respond...

Stopped in the left turn at a red light wondering why these folks don't stop up at the line. Hmmm I think these are the same folks that roll halfway past a stop sign or halfway into a right turn before stopping...

I sometimes don't stop right up to the line when in the left lane. Sometimes left turners coming from the right clip the "corner".

A little windy, but otherwise a fine day to be out on two wheels...
Was heading to Cherry Ave Farms in Vineland, but ended up stopping in Winona -
Had a close call with a Blue Jay along the way -

Cherry picking season -
The boxes we had from Cherry Ave Farms fit perfectly in that blue Ikea bag, on the back rack. The boxes stack so the lower contents don't get crushed. 12 Qts of cherries for $50 in there -
Looks like a nice place to stop for lunch (and it was!) -
A '90s Audi Cabriolet and an 80's Honda Interceptor -

The dog is getting some wind therapy as well -
