is Flying Squirrel a decent shop? If it is its close enough to me that it might be something for me to look into now that my bike is out of warranty

100% worth your time. They can always get what you're looking for, if they don't already have it, and Glen is a great and knowledgable guy!!

Glen put the D404s on my wifes S40 and I recently ordered the D402 rear for my Heritage through him and he mounted on my rim. The tire was a couple of bucks cheaper than other online shops and installation a good deal. Excellent work, I will go there again for such. Haven't had any mechanical/trouble work done - maybe someone else can speak to that.
