Google images allows you to upload an image and it will look for "similar images".

In this case, I uploaded mine above, and wholla, it found similar pictures of the correct location. Im sure at least one of them has the location listed.
 
I did my search a little differently and came across an article about the art piece you tagged. It was a rather interesting read.

Grady Train, that's the route I would have taken to search it as well, in this case.

This works for me. I know where the tag is.
 
I felt a disturbance in the force! I knew that the white bike had to be near.

Great job sleuthing Grady - I think that you were the first to figure out where this was - and it was off the beaten path.
 
Well, darn it! I missed Cheech & Chong by minutes, and the Downsview one last Friday by a similar amount.

At least you city dwellers can't accuse me of not trying.

Jayell, there have been probably 3 maybe 4 other tags within 1km of this Rotary Park.
