It is comes down to Germany vs. Netherlands, I think Netherlands will pull it off. The Brazilian's will cheer Netherlands and boo Germany, so the fan support will be there for the Dutch.

I think it's more like how the liberals won the election, ie Hudack lost it rather than the liberals winning it. Brazil were absolutely terrible in defence. A paraplegic sloth with glaucoma and a coke habit could have scored on them. I hope Argentina get through so at least we see a little flair in the final otherwise it'll be dull Euro teams.

The Brazilian crowd is definitely the most organic bunch of people i've seen in a while. They do cheer their team, but if they're not playing well... they'll also boo/jeer them.

The hand-full that stayed until the 90th minute, did clap/cheer for the 7-0 German goal. In their final act, they booed their national team off the pitch.

We've seen them cheer on the underdogs, and also for teams that play well. Who knows... maybe we'll have an empty stadium for the finals.

For a country that only knows football, and maybe some Formula 1 when Senna was popular... disappointment is a huge understatement.
