2014 Demo Days

  1. A rider must be 21 years of age or older as of the date of the chosen demo ride and hold a current M2 license or greater (or provincial equivalent) in good standing.
This is for the Kawasaki Track Days - but its a $40 dollar donation compared to $10 for demo days

Not sure which one I should go - the Cdn Tire Motorsport Park in Bowmanville or the Toronto Motorsport Park in Cayuga

Mosport. Cayuga is a mickey mouse track.

kawasaki canada is a heroin pusher.

They're all like, sure, try the zx10r, for free, try it, you may like it, just $10 charity donation, try it. Come'on.

Now, 30 minutes later, i'm strung out man. Selling my kids on the open market.

lol!

Does anyone know how long the rides are at Kawasaki track days?

**** these demo rides.

Every single one that I go on (even getting there piss early) has every SS and standard booked with only the beginner and cruiser bikes left.

The ducati demo days @ gp were practically empty...one ride was just me and the guy from gp (diavel & panigale)

They stopped doing demos a few years ago... But if you drip by sturgess they should have one for you to test ride

Kawasaki demos are booked ahead of time, any bike.

I was at Kawi day in pickering motorsports, nobody was taking out the SS bikes. I think I was the only one. out of the 4 departures I was there for. The most sucky part of the demo rides, is you don't get above 100kph. OK legally you shouldn't but honestly I want to go from 0-100 as FAST as possible. And Riding in a group kinda sucks, the guys behind me always end up not staggered formation, and 2 feet from my butt.

Yeah, no. It would be a disaster to let some M2s out to do what they wanted on an SS , even with the current demos, I get pretty nervous near those kids who feel the need to weave the bike back and forth while in a tight group. Max acceleration on an unfamiliar bike, especially over 100hp is just a recipe for insurance companies to shut down the whole demo thing.

Does Triumph ever do any demo days?

Would love to try out the Street Triple R.

The Street Triple R is absolutely awesome. Super fun! Literally the only downside to that bike is that it has no fairings/windshield and it's lights look like a bug.

I took out the Street Triple R at GP's today. I originally signed up for the Speed Triple only to arrive and find they only have the Street. Took it out anyways and it's indeed a great middle weight. Hopefully I'll get to take out a Super Duke at the KTM days.
