I was at a kawi day on Sunday, and they had a sign saying minimum M2, but some bikes are limited to M

where was this?

I contacted both Snow City and Kahuna and they both said M, even for the 300, even if I show up on my own bike

Kawasaki Canada is a heroin pusher.

They're all like, sure, try the ZX10R, for free, try it, you may like it, just $10 charity donation, try it. Come'on.

Now, 30 minutes later, I'm strung out man. Selling my kids on the open market.

Hi Ugur,

Thanks for your e-mail but we are completely full for tomorrow's rides. I've copied Adam Hancock, our Motorrad co-ordinator, on this e-mail and he will let you know if there's any space on the waiting list.

Thanks,
Sally

I believe the track days were M2 minimum..I hope, not like I signed up for the zx10r, I just wanted to see how a zx6r felt compared to my bike, ergonomics, handling, etc. You tell them up front though, and which bike you want to test. I don't think they'd be big enough ******* to tell you AT THE TRACK that you can't.

reminds me, time to book my M

It's not about opinion, its about insurance liability. That's why the lead and tail guys have cameras.

Thanks for the info

Serpa BMW (Newmarket) May 30th and August 6th

I was at Serpa today and test rode both the F800R and F800GT

Their build quality is excellent - but the fit wasnt right

the seat was very uncomfortable - an the cluster was a mess

the mirrors were really small and at high speeds there was so much buzzing you couldn't see anything

the ride itself was fairly extensive - with some of it on the 404 (speeds around 100-120)

but because it was mostly straight roads it was hard to get a feel

the f800r(naked) looks better but has no wind protection whatsoever - the f800gt is much better

for an 800cc bike it just doesnt feel that powerful - the fz07 in comparison had much better throttle response

  1. A rider must be 21 years of age or older as of the date of the chosen demo ride and hold a current M2 license or greater (or provincial equivalent) in good standing.
This is for the Kawasaki Track Days - but its a $40 dollar donation compared to $10 for demo days

Not sure which one I should go - the Cdn Tire Motorsport Park in Bowmanville or the Toronto Motorsport Park in Cayuga

I signed up for the demo day at Two Wheel in Guelph. Hope they will let me ride a Ninja 650 or one of the cruisers with my M2.
